Pricing

Our prices are based on both the complexity of the project and the time it takes to complete the work. Each engagement we perform is highly specialized to suit the needs of each client. Before providing a price estimate, our firm conducts a discovery call with the client(s) to ensure everyone understands the expectations and extent of the engagement.

Most of our engagements are billed at a fixed rate rather than hourly rates. Porch Swing Accounting offers a 3-tiered pricing structure for many engagements.

Bronze Package

Just the Basics

We make sure your books are taken care of so you can meet any state/federally mandated reporting requirements. We provide basic financial statements (profit & loss, cash flow), on a modified accrual basis (only AP and AR are accrued). Reporting packages are provided quarterly based on the tax reporting year.

Silver Package

Split the Difference

Everything we provide in our Bronze package, but with additional reporting. We produce financial statements (assets & liabilities, profit & loss, cash flow) monthly along with details of select general ledger account balances. This package usually includes our team processing or initiating transactions rather than simply recording them.

Gold Package

All the Bells & Whistles

Detailed financial statements and supporting tables, weekly reporting, and unrestricted access to a CPA. This package is for those who are serious about growing their business and have a significant need for an accountant's involvement in ongoing activities.

When hourly rates are billed, they typically range from $85 to $145 per hour depending on the service(s) being performed.
